i am using rigid bind obviously. i have created a flexor on a joint and i was wondering if i could set an influence amount to certain points other than the default the flexor does. i need the flexor to influence certain points less than others, is there a way to do this if so please help me out. thanks

Try the component editor for the selcted vertices and weight them accordingly.

i know they are weighted right but ii want them to be effected by the lattice by only a certain amount not the bone. do you know hot to do this

If you select the points and open up the component editor you can set different weights for each.
With edit membership tool you can set wich object influences your points and specify exactly the points you want to be weighted.

i know you can set weights and membership my question and maybe you can do this in the component editor is can you set how much a flexor will effect a certain pont or not. if this is in the component editor i am just blind i guess. please let me know.

I think you look at things the wrong way (read backwards ...), the weight tells how much a point is affected by the deformer. ... I think this is what you need ... right?

you know what you are right probably i just thought you could maybe also have wieght to the deformer as well. but i guess not. i am trying to weight his butt. it is a loy poly model and when i move his leg his but checks go to far so i was hoping to have the deformer efect it less. so thanks for the help.
