I have a very low FPS video which I need to cut into a pre-existing reel. Speeding it up isn't an option, and it looks awful as it is - it's far too jumpy.
Now, the actual image quality isn't that important - but I need to get this thing up to a decent speed, at a decent frame rate.
First question, is there a way I can interpolate between the frames to fill in the gaps of the missing frames? Sort of a morph from one state to another, throughout the entire duration of the clip? If it creates an odd looking effect as a by-product, that wouldn't be a problem at all.
Secondly, the original video has since been converted to PAL DV (25FPS) - so the stuck frames in the original actually span 5-6 frames in the video I have to work with. How can I work around that?
