Figured it was time to make some pics with the Enterprise model I was working on, so here's one of the first. This was a fun model to make, and due to my addiction to science fiction, I'll probably make some more later on.

it's nice...however the specular is a little high on the hull of the saucer section. I seem to remember that in the actual show it's a bit more matt...

a good start though.:beer:

Well, i think maybe the density of stars too high? also needs make some of them darker? :shrug:

Like I said before, you've done a fine job of bringing the ol' girl to life. Nice compisite as well. You nailed the panetary atmosphere. This looks almost like a still from a movie, maybe even better.

Hmm, I think there's to much light on the ship, looks really well lit. Since there's only a sun and a few planets to send and reflect light, it looks like there's to much around.
Would be nice if there was a little more contrast aswell.

ahhh, it's good to see the earlier versions of her :)

i hate the homogonized look of more recent ST ship designs. especially the anachronous ones *cough*Enterprise show*cough*
