View Full Version : What the heck is a leaf-level transform?

I'm having some problems ungrouping an item because I'm being told

Error: Can't ungroup leaf-level transforms

any suggestions on this?

What's a leaf-level anything for that matter? I looked in the global index and theres like 25 entries under leaf-this and leaf-that.

According to the global index...

root - a heirarchy's top object

leaf- descendent object

So a leaf level transform i guess is a transform on a lower branch of an objects heirachy. I think u could fix this problem by deleting history on the object... or if that doesn't work freeze transformations on the various pieces of the group then try ungrouping? Just a guess.
