Hi all. This is my first thread at CGTalk.. i wish you like it.

First of all.. i'm a novice (and spanish, so.. i'm sorry if i make any english mistake).
This design is a Futuristic Service Area. I've made it while thinking in some films like I, Robot and Minority Report.

It's at a low % of the work, but i would like to read all your critiques. (Sorry but i can't attach images yet, so i will give you a link to my deviantart gallery)

I looks nice...clean...i like the water & the pylon artistic design.

The exit ramps:
(I'm assuming they are exit ramps) They could use a little redesign. I'm not sure even futuristic vehicles could slow down enough to make those exits. Maybe adding a little slow down area like are on today's exit ramps. But the guard rail doesn't look like it's even opened for vehicles to exit.

The pylons:
There may very well be much much stronger materials in the future, but the pylong with the artistic tubes has cables attatched. My minds eye tells me those cables belong to a suspension area of the bridge. The force places upon those cables would probably be pretty great. In the future the materials those pylons are made may withstand that force, but it just looks odd to me. Maybe some anchor point.

Nice work

The exit ramps are not the final ones. I think they'll be the next think i'll do, because everybody says somethings about them, allways ._.!

wow, looks very good so far!
keep it going, I will keep following this. I am looking forward to further details.

about the exit ramps is already said, so I wont say something about that. maybe some traffic on it ...

The traffic will be the last think i'll add.

I wish i could insert some futuristic vehicle designs of people from here.. if they want to give me a static model of their proyects.. heheh ^^u.

(but i will do that, as i said, when everything is finished)

Some wireframes screens from the actual scene.

From now, i'll only post comments and new material, not "old" pics =).

(i've deleted the exit ramps, and i'll put them a little bit before entering the main platform.

Damn.. the style of the ship doesn't fits with the style of the Space Port.

It will be just 'another proyect', but for the moment, i'll keep working with things that really fits with that (the spaceport)
