View Full Version : srub the timeline?
Terkonn 01-22-2005, 04:16 PM I was doing a cool tutorial at creativecow and the author said to:
"Scrub your TimeLine to (09:17) and change the value to (-900) to make your layer disappear."
What is this and how would I go about doing it?

well scrub is to move the current view around the timeline in your comp. your comp would be say 10 mins long, (00:10:00) and you would have to move to position in time 9 mins 17 secs (00:09:17) or possibly 9 seconds and 17 frames - depending on your preferences. the value to -900 may possibly refer to the layers horizontal or 'x' position and -900 effectively moves it out of the screen area...
does that help?
