His legs and ankles are not porportioned to his huge muscular body and though the skull is cool it probably causing him a headache, maybe make it smaller. I think his shoes should be more manly and battle worthy, they look like the pied pipers shoes. I hope I do not offend you as this is only my opinion and in the end only your thoughts matter.:)

I really enjoyed the last picture but his head is tiny and unless he is a hunchback sits funny.
