Looking great.
I would love to know more info about that image.
How long is rendered ? Are you modeler also. How many polygons, maybe a wireframe ? And what is your configuration so that we can compare rendering times and so :).

PC P4 1.5G render 3200*2400 16 hours
75000 polygons
The commerce makes, the architectural design is not me
Wow. That is pretty damn nice and extremely realisitic. I dont get how people can create things like that without knowing how the render is gonna turn out until it does.
I mean, by looking at the wireframe, how can you know that the lighting and everything is perfect. You have to wait 16 hours to see, is that how it works?

FR is very flexible , I am when test and play up, the parameter is very low, Play up one take one minute only, after debugging kind, I will strengthen parameter, It produces more details to play up, need to see the result in 30 minutes at this time, Play up the big picture 3200*2400 finally, adjust the higher parameter, need longer time, That's it.

Just wanted to know what software you used to design that image. LW, XSI, 3DSM, or other. Please let me know I have been trying to find the right software for me to start learning 3d. Max isn't for me. I love what it can produce but not sure its the right place to start. Love the image by the way. I can create building and exteriors because of my background in CAD but I am not up to par on the rendering side.
Nice work!:buttrock:

I have been using 3dsmax to make these pictures all the time , you can choose CAD+ lightscape too, this is a very good choice too, And apter to understand and operate, the result is very good, wish you success!

That is absolutely beautiful!! Well done.
How long to model and light the project?
I'm not trying to be nosey, I'm just getting started in architectural rendering and these are the types of projects I want to do in the future.
Currently, I primarily do furniture and product renderings in MAX, but I want to get into architectural renderings.
Any information you could provide would be helpful. Thanks.

awesome dude, we should get a  once
Only one minor I can see: the reflections are a quit overdone... too much reflections, eg the pilars have too strong reflections...
just my 3 eurocents

MODEL AND LIGHT THE PROJECT ,It has taken three days, Doing the work now, generally choose MAX or LIGHTSCAPE, MAX has a lot of plug-in packages, Such as FINALRENDER, completion work of playing up of high quality on fast GI is can convenient, Or use LIGHTSCAPE, spend indoors and play up mainly, quality is very fine, But very slow. The cycles of a project of ours are generally within two days, even finishes two each day, From modeling to playing up, the balance between the speed and quality is the most important

Play up in testing in a initial one, I to watch heavy feeling , will close all reflections play up and then mainly, So can carry it at a high speed . The speed will be a little slower to open after reflecting.

great! I love it, very warm atmosphere. And of course
really great lighting!
BTW, which engine did u use to light your scene :D :D just kiddin
i'm a "finalRenderer" myself :) would you post your rays, min and max density settings, would be interessting because of your accurate edges (hard for gi engines).

RAYS:300
MIN density:37
max:300
What the light is used is the daylight , and a spotlight ( produce the sunshine result), to illuminate the whole scene, Then use the light of some max and finalrender to illuminate close to the scene inside

Hey hey,
Looks great, I love the feel of it... looks huge!
bit of critique... on the bottom right of the picture you can tell that the textures repeating on the floor. It would look better if it were more varied but it is still realistic because if its fake marble in real life it could just be a print. Thats all i have to say :)
good job

amazing rendering, so nice a pretty, nice new clean building
I love architectural renderings.
The only thing that is a little bit distracting is how many of those little square lights there are. After closer inspection, they look like a tiled texture, and that detracts from the realism.
