I´ve read the comics in german (does this count as nordish language?) and they are great. So i guess they are available in more languages. Don´t know where, though. When you search for "peter madsen" on amazon.com, first title you get is "italian for beginners". Isn´t that a strange coincidence? :surprised
Anyway, i got the resolution: winner is who manages to pull the chicken over his opponents head. The stick is needed to get the chicken over the ears and nose (like that thing you use for getting into your shoes, don´t know the english word). Am i right? :D

When i was thinking about the aspect of the image,4 some of the objects in scene it was very clear 4 me how must be done.

Well,about the fur...Is not totally decorative.I like it,so i put some fur bluff on the upper side of the metal rod.But under,and into the helmet (not present now 4 computing time matter.The fur kills rendering time!!) the fur works as protection!And Yes....i put a lot of attention on light.I love to give the image a particular feeling between the realistic and GI like mood and a personal vision of color distribution and temperature (more cartoon like).

I think red/rust dark is a safe bet. Maybe bronze like? I think you should stick to earth colours. I would have tried something bronzelike. But yet something that has a slitghtly different hue than the rest of the parts.

The helmut is wonderful,it really has that "rich deep indepth look"...................We need more you know, it's wonderful to see your creations...........:love:

My only idea perhaps for you to add would be to create one of the helmuts with a large dent or very smashed up look,I am assuming you are creating two Vikings, one should have the dented or smashed helmut and the other just as you have already shown us, just a bit of variety, and fun to see one poor ol' Viking in real trouble with such a smashed up helmut.........Anyways, just a small thought for fun.........;)

The eyes are popping out,the veins in the eyes are flaring,the mouth is wide as can be,this is classic OZ..............very fun and unique,tough Viking but with sooooooo much character in a rather early version.....when he is finished I say to all run,and keep your women away from him..................;)
