It is a nice image, good colors and texture. I think the strongest element is the dynamic angle at which the viewer sees it, it conveys strongly the idea of movement. The weakest may be the lack of contrast between the water and the sky, which leads to it feeling more like a textured composition than a graphic composition (might have been what you were looking for, who knows)
Good job, though!

Very nice! Can't really crit what is already there, pretty perfect, not big on the tilted camera, but that's just my opinion. I do have a suggestion maybe to add if you still are motivated enough...maybe a few sea gulls or something flying around...i dunno..the sky just looks really empty....

Matt Parker:I think you are right!it's maybe a spotlight of this pic
Joril:Your laugh make me jitter:D

Umm..
very good ..
but if you have some noise in the bump map, try to decrease it's size ..
and you can add some effects such as brightness and contrast to give the sea reality ..
also give the material of sea self illumination ..
this is a sea of mine ..
I took it from a tutorial and played with it tell I reached this image ..
