I would like to know if there is a way to "transform" a movie/video in an animated colored draw? Probably After Effects can't do this by default, maybe there is a plugin fro this. If this plugin does exist, wich is the name and where can I find it?

What type of toon are you trying to go for........Looney toons, comics, Sin City?

Yeah, this is exactly what I want!! Walking Life "movie" shows exactly what I'm looking for!

I read that it was made with roto, right? But, is there today a tool/plugin wich we can make this directly on the movie without doing this frame-byframe?
