View Full Version : stroke fun
cornel 01-20-2005, 02:50 PM Hi together,
since we use aftereffects for nearly each situation, I also had to focus on learning it.
After a couple of weeks, I just fall in love with that app.
A few seconds fun were made during the last night,
to do some tests on trapcode's stroke and starglow.
Nothing really special + some simple sound-fx

Tháts what I call dynamic....!
to do some tests on trapcode's stroke and starglow.
Is that a plugin or so?! Can I do some same effects with AFX 6.0?  (I know the writer-FX and that I could put a glow & blur on it... but is that the same way you did do it? )
GREAT STUFF! (we want more.... I at least ;) ... Maybe a mini-tutorial ?!)

i saw your snow quicktime movie off your site...
what did you use to make that? more than Afx, if any afx at all?

1) From 10 seconds ago I finally understand Cornel was using the Trapcode plugin to do the trick :)
2) I just passed 'a' site with a tutorial about this effect: http://www.ayatoweb.com/ae_tips_e/ae41_e.html . Really nice tut & effect..!
Just tried it myself, and I'm sure I'll use it for numorous effects in future :)
Thanks for the inspiration :) ,
Gijs
