Hi,
I'm trying to create a realistic D view of my house they're gonna start building this summer. The purpose is to give my girlfriend an idea of how it's gonna look like, and experiment with light position, furniture, wall paint color, etc...
I started off with the moddeling, added standard max lights (3 omni spots half way in the floor and walls trying to reflect the ligth from the window, a direct light for the sun). I could insert a wireframe screenshot if that helps...
I know the floor, fireplace, tv closet still need some better texturing.
Since my experience with 3dsmax is limited to a few hours per year, I could use some pointers... And it would be reatly appriciated.
My questions:
- Continue with the default max lights or use VRay/MentalRay or something?
- Any pointers on placement, parameters?
Thanx a lot!
Here it goes:
