We are looking to staff a studio located in beautiful Ottawa, Canada for 3D animated television series work.

We have projects that will start in the next 6 to 8 months. Applicants should be able to relocate to Ottawa.

Our 3D software of choice is Lightwave and Messiah for character animation but talent is more important.

We will need:

Layout Artists
Lighting, camera and blocking

Character Animators
Senior and junior animators

3D Artists
Modelers with strong texturing abilities

So.. the studio and jobs are in Ottawa... but the reels go to Quebec? Is that a typo, or is it just wierd? :)

If you know the region, the province of Quebec is just accross the Ottawa river and Cantley is like Ottawa's suburb. It is more convenient for now to receive the reels at this address.

Hello Stiderotte

I was wondering if you'll take submission digitally for the modeling job? Ie. can I email you my portfolio or give you a link to one online? and if not do you have a preference for demo reels being sent on CD or VHS?

I don't think we'll need artists before the 6 to 8 months period. If we do, I'll post it.

Hey Rube,

I would prefer a VHS demo reel but if you can send both the CD and VHS, that would be cool too...
If you're in the Ottawa region, it shouldn't cost much for shipping.

Yep, we're the creators of those anims...

Like the post said, it will be 3D animated TV series.

Hey.. I'd be interested in maybe a junior artist position as I'm a pretty recent grad. I'm just updating my demo reel... and will send a hard copy soon.
