For the lights it looks like those are the only ones you have in the scene..Just add additional lights (Maya turns off the default light when you add your own).

To keep everything travelling together, you could group your base rig and any IK handles (or anything else not a child of the rig). Don't add the mesh to the group though, or it'll double transform on ya.

Could you explain me better how to group the Ik's with the rig? I tried by simply selecting them and group them but it ain't work brov:shrug:

If your outliner looks something like:

-ModelGeometry
-GroupNode
-----SpineJointRoot
-----------SpineJoint2
-----------------etc etc
-----IKHandle1
-----IKHandle2

and you are placing only the GroupNode on the motion path, then the only thing I can suggest is to go through and make sure all of your pivots are where they should be.

Heres how my outliner looks: http://homepages.nildram.co.uk/~gkostas/outliner.JPG

Havent yet succeeded with the IK handles. When i group them the whole model gets messed up.It's a very simple question for most of the people here but seems you the only one who cares to help.Thx I sorted out the problem with the lights.
