Oveture refferenced this in a thread in General Discussion, but I was so impressed with it i thought I'd show it here.

This is sort of a Conceptual Design software for Architects that has some CAD functionality. It's PC/Mac, so most everyone can use it and there is a demo.

I think, however, that it has a lot of value to anyone needing to quickly create realistic 3D Structures for set design or scenery as it conforms to architectural planing while being increadibly easy to use.

yes thanks for that Grey! I'd never heard of this software (and it's already at verison 2.something). Looks pretty damn good, will have to d/l the demo.

I was flabbergasted by some of the toolsets, many of which are very reminiscent of Rhino, and some that it doesn't have at all...

I like the realtime shadow, it is a great way to prototype architecture ideas and see how they will coexist with ligt.. very fast response (hmm. yeah, realtime!)

This is the architecture version of Nendo

I downloaded the demo. It runs really fast on my old wimpy pc. It seems slower in the video. I think I also read the the models can be exported to other apps. really easy to use and learned. I was making stuff 10 mins after I installed it.
