Hi
I have a question. How to painting sketches like in this picture http://www.cardesignnews.com/portfolios/portfolios_images/cdn_portfolio_961_1.jpg . How to make this colors and this metalic color & metalic painting effect ( any online tutorials, links ... )??. Please answer. Thanks for any advices...

looks like a drawing tablet was used in combination with photoshop/ illustrator..
