Dialogue software - software that you type in the text of the character and have it speak it (able to change the voices - female, male, robots etc) then save as a wav file (or some other pro audio file) for the pc with xp for animation filmmaking. What are the best software for this - freeware- etc

If you want it to sound human you won't be able to do it with just another magic program, I mean you wouldn't trust software to make your art for you would you now. This is for a sound guy and voice talent. Or at least your neighbour doing you a favor by doing one of the voices.

IT NEEDS APPEAL! So it needs human voices.

What do you mean?

You finished or you have the experience to make your own judgement calls?
