OPM are the number one specialist recruitment consultancy in the computer games industry. We have been asked to source a highly talented and experienced car modeller by one of our clients - a top award winning UK studio.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have held a similar position within the games industry previously. In order to stand out from the crowd the successful candidate will have worked on the likes of NFS, Project Gotham Racing, Midnight Club, Driver 3, GT4 etc.
An unhealthy passion for all things automotive is a given. Further requirements are as follow:
* Tidy and concise control over low-polygon count vehicles.
* Excellent photoshop skills required for car texturing & car graphics design.
* Proficient with 3d software (ideally Lightwave).
* Needs have the aptitude to create unique and unlicensed car designs.
* A good knowledge of cars both past and present is a plus, as is a good eye for bodywork design.
Salary: to £27000 (sterling) + bens.
