Some of my works, clan banners, etc.

I rarely finish many pieces. I am just working on technique. I did these in corel photopaint, but just now got painterk, so will be trying it out :)

Some of these are based on the rpg runescape, were done as clan banners, etc. though only loosely.

My latest project:

1. lady with shield: try not to cut their feet off unless it serves a really good purpose, or unless they simply dont have feet.
2. dark knights: why only three fingers on the skeletons hand? try and bring out the contour of the skull a little more, i.e. where it extends out and light hits it, and where it recedes inward and is shaded.
3. dragon: I can see that you draw from the flicker of an idea. i would like to see you draw an entire dragon immersed in an enviroment.
4. purple orb staff lady: your best. keep going in this direction
5. squatter: nice departure.
6: once again, try doing more than just a head. start now, so that when your my age you are way better than me.

I have a few completed works on my da account..but nothing fantastic. Integrating them into a bg causes problems for me as I tend to start with the foreground and work back...truly backwards.....

As for the feet...actually I did it for a small sig with height restrictions :) This is just the pre-reduced version.

since I have just been doing it for a short while as a hobbyist I hope to progress soon to have the confidence to do the bg first :)

Thanks for posting!
