Good easy tutorial. It will help you refamiliarize yourself with Maya hotkeys and operations. A good start. I've started working on Maya again after a few months of not touching it at all.

www.learningmaya.com is a great resource
and if you're looking for some vid tuts
www.digitaltutors.com has a lot of great free vid tuts on modeling in maya you just need to do the free registration
Another great resource for getting back on the maya wagon is www.3dbuzz.com
They work on a point system but I believe when you first sign up you will be able to download most of the maya tuts right away. After that to get points you just need to participate in the forums. Not a bad deal. Great vid tuts.

what exactly are you looking for in a maya modeling tutorial are you wanting to model organics or are you looking for something more along the lines of architecture.
are you wanting to learn how to model from the beginning (like what is a poly, what is nurbs) or are you wanting to remeber theory to keep in your head while modeling muscle structures to help setup before you rig and bind skin.
someone here mentioned 3dbuzz.com on thier homepage thier just happens to be a modeling in maya video series thier (for free you dont have to do anything but sign up)
and theirs 2 other showing you how to use maya (not sure if you know how or not -maybe migrating from another package?)
if you can post more on what exactly your looking for i will give you some recommendations
enjoy!
