Well ... that's the best MS Paint work I've seen.

*goes to check color pallete of MS Paint again*

I don't mean to be insulting ... but that's so good I find it hard to believe it's only MS Paint. If it is ... bravo! Amazing talent with that application. Your friend could of made a killing while the 8, 16 and 32 bit game systems were "the" thing. Well ... I guess he/she still can if they hook up with a company developing for GameBoy and other handhelds.

I agree with you Gamoron, but it does serve as a nice way to get you head strait after working with other more confusing programs. Also it’s a good way to be able to impress your friends since most computers have it :).

Hello
im the friend who made those Ms paint drawings...

I have only used MS Paint... Pixel by pixel!

people makes pretty nice drawings whith just a pencil, and a pencil is 100times more simple than MS paint!

the reason why I did use mspaint was to show a friend that you dont need great applications such as photoshop/ painter to make great pictures.
Its not the tools that makes the art!
And after that I´d discovered what ndat says: its a nice way to get you head strait after working with other more confusing programs. I guess I`ve made about 6-8 pictures. Visit http://home.no.net/rkaven ->portfolio->Ms paint ( it`s in norwegian)

But now its about 2years since I`ve made the last Ms paint picture.

Well, I actually know this guy too.. He has just finished his studies.. and is now a graphical artist.. When he does these drawings, he uses weeks on them.. zooming into the very pixels of the drawing..

The first image there is drawed from a photo he got from his uncle, I love it :)

I actually got the link to this page from him :)

wow.. i remember stuff like this back when i was playing games on my 286.... actually.. about 2 years ago i got an old mac lc or soemthing ( to make a fishtank ) and aparently the former owner had been a "graphic artist" he had a WHOLE FLOPPY *grins* of artwork he'd done in the mac paint on there. i'll have to dig and see if i can find some of it.. its amazing how these guys could do pixel artwork back in the day.

makes me wonder how pathetic our stuff will be in about 10 years...
