Is there anything that will allow me to open a photoshop document created on a mac with a pc? HELP! :shrug:

u shouldn't have a problem with .psd files, i've opened mac to pc files

Are you running the same version of photoshop on both systems? If so, it shouldn't be a problem... just save the mac file with a .psd extension on the end.

If it's a lower photoshop version on the pc, it most likely won't work.

yup, that's the problem. :wip: school upgraded their comps. thanks, i'll stop pulling out my hair while I still have some left. thanks

Photoshop files are pretty backward compatible even across platforms. Feature that arent supported in older versions just wont show up, but the file will still open.

There was a bug in photoshop 7 that made it so you couldnt open psd files in photoshop 6. Just see if you can get your school to upgrade to 7.01.

Otherwise maybe try using tiff files with layers that they added in ps6.
