Your top left image is an openGL artifact, not a geomerty error.

no man, it's a geometry error, and even when i select it in wireframe mode, those artifacts r highlited and selected as errors too.

So what? Non-convex geometry just isn't easy to come by, so some errors are perfectly normal. I at least haven't used a program who can handle this perfectly.

Given how abusive he was on the luxology forum I think the solution would be for him to learn how to model. Most of the problems he complained about were from poor modeling that would make all apps show the same problems.
