- What's the total tri count?
- What resolution is the texture?
- Her elbow might have a hard time bending with only one loop.
- I think you could cut back a few poly's on the hands and add them to other places where they look a little scarce like the face, the chest, and the lower torso.
- Also you might get more from your mesh if you triangulate your poly's.

there is a very good reason for the number of polygons in the hands.
In the game that the model is used in there is a first person view of the hands maniulatin objects. they are fully animated.
the model is also a genaric one....meaning i cant change it in any way i can only do diff textures.
Kinda makes it tough but i think it worked out ok.
here is the wire view.

I think it looks great man!
I want to get into low rez modeling.
In fact the way I see all begining artists they all want to jump right into these high rez models that take months to complete when they should start with something along these lines.
Very well done.:applause:

i am sure that you can reduse more polys. the area which are flat, but you have 4 polys there. reduce it to 1.

Hey the body is very optimimal. It works good job. The hands however if you spend a lot more time on them could be cleaned up and be optimised as all hell. They are waaay too high poly from what I see. I understand that it is gonna be seen 1st person but I think that you could do a lot of it with textures and personally I would rather see a secretary with a nice round ass more than nice well defined nintendo thumbs :) hehe I only say this because with how well done the rest of the body is I think you can push yourself more. If I didnt respect this as a work I would not have replied. No offence to hot secretaries btw. cheers -Jeremy-

I too am working on a low poly char at the time. I will post some shots tonight maybe so anyone can crit it aswell, however I am just posting about proportion-wise on the model. It is sexy to have wide shoulders and wide hips connected by a thin waist. The shoulders should be wider than the hips but I think the hips could be a little bit wider they just look small compared to her upper body. maybe thin up her neck too. thick neck muscles on women is a no-no :) sorry to be so picky but you obviously have talent and hopefully will at least take these into consideration. -Jeremy-
