My Resolution is 700x500 :) ....god i love industry specific jokes...
Anyways. this isn't a sketch - originally I planned to draw a guy running from his subliminal resolutions as if life were all too much. Though I have things to do and so I used a 3d character I made and haven't used for anything . So the text is from a Radiohead song + 30mins in Maya. and the character took me on and off a month.

Haha, thx guys. Ive started simply by a line (main line of nose) and ive got this idea.
i know is littlebit weird, i want to precise that: iwas not frost when i drawing it, hahahaha =D
ok, seeyou for the next sketch.
love the style DaPrato!
first sketch here!
was sittin here bored at work so i threw 20 mins at it
this year im gonna jump off the cliff of life.. move city, start a new business, find myself and hopefully not fall on my face while doing it
was gonna be more... well.. 'sketchy'.. but i started blocking over all the linework and kinda dug the simplicity, kinda reflects the purity of the resolution (or soemthign liek that heh)
hope everyones works out for them!

My resolution for the new year is to do certain things I really have to do. I tried to expres that in a big chaos of words and objects. I tried a more sketchy, chaotic style :) I spent too much time on it, but it was fun. About 4 hours (yes, I'm slow) in painter (first time using it). Well, here is my 2nd post on cgtalk, I hope you like it :)

Great work, everyone! Welcome to the newcomers, glad to have you on board!
Reading through these posts reminds me of a quote I have having on my cubicle wall at work. It goes like this...
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, throroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming - "WOW! - WHAT A RIDE!" --Anonymous
I like to add to it like this....
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, throroughly used up, totally worn out,
hair on fire and loudly proclaiming - "WOW! - WHAT A RIDE!"
I hope for everyone to have a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year! Happy 2005!
