Hi
Dear members,
Im thinking to buy a new pc to work softimage|xsi on it.
CPU = 2 Intel XEON 3.0 MHZ 800 FSB 1 MB Cache 64 Bit
Mainboard = Asus NCCH-DL I82875P Supports Dual Xeon Cpu
Memory = 4 Kingston 512 400MHZ DDR-RAM
HDD = Seagate 200GB. 7200 RPM. 8MB Cache Sata HDD
Monitor = 22" Lacie BlueElectron IV Flat Monitor
DVD WR. = LG Dual 16X DVD Writer
CD-ROOM = LG 52X32X52 CDRW
Case = AOPEN 400Wat Powersupply
SoundC. = Creative SoundBlaster Live 5.1
I want to ask you following things :
1) Is quadro fx graphic acc a good choice for me or Asus PCI Express 5750 256 MB gr.acc.
2) Is xsi supporting PCI-EXPRESS Graphic Acceleretors.
Every help and idea is appreciated, please feel free to write your comments
about this configuration.
