The lighting and modeling work are excellent. The reel itself becomes repetitious, and I think you can eliminate several of the models in order to allow the viewer to take a closer, longer look (particularly) at the wireframes. The "swoops" through the architectural rendering were almost disorienting. It picked-up when you actually had the characters do something, and the talking-head bit at the end was good.
You really don't want a 44-megabyte download.

Sweet models and your rigs look good too.http://cgtalk.com/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif I think you definetely need to slow down the camera moves around the wireframes, that way people have time to really look at them. Also, the camera moves in the arch section seem a bit ambiguous, they swoop all over the place and you can't really focus on anything that you are trying to show. Remember you are trying to show your lighting and modeling, not camera moves, so maybe less camera motion so that the viewer can see the skills you possess in the areas that they are trying to hire you for. Hope this helps.

I love it. Personally I think the way you handled the model shots and wireframes was excellent. But then, Im an animator, not a modeler. Design and lighting also excellent throughout. The blue robot is especially nice, good thing to open up with. But I didn't particularly like the cel shade guy at the end, design-wise.

but I agree with Rhino23, too fast camera moves, and it looks like you are searching a job for animation.
