CGTalk - Tuhopuu?

The latest Tuhopuu build mentions a new transform code which has to be uncommented from an SRC folder/directory. BUt in my installation I have no such folder?
I assume this means that the posters were referring to an un-complied version?

If I download an uncompiled version and make the change, how do I go about compiling the program?

go to the main directory, and type scons....
