CGTalk - human animation

I have a great model of a human character that I need to animate in a hurry.

Could anyone suggest a comprehensive tutorial on animating humans (using IK, skin modifiers, envelopes, gizmos etc..) on the web, as I have yet to find one!

do you have access to character studio on your machine? Using Biped & physique is probably going to be a lot faster for a quickie, than boning it yourself.
