Wellcome, great start. Very strong emotions on this one, you`re focusing on the human
element obviously :] good choice and good luck

I agree, wonderful charactars and emotions so far, and I really like the skin tones you've got in there too. It feels a little awkward not being able to see the man on the left's head at all. It's hard to tell at this point, it's almost as though his top part is facing the woman and holding up the child, but the legs look like they're walking away. With more refinement I'm sure it will become more clear, but the silhouette is not so at this point.
Good luck with it!

Good concept, and a nice composition too. You might want to hurry if you're going to make the deadline though. Good luck.

the theme looks really good and "alienlike" even if the characters are human.

I would add some fine detail scifi elements so it looks more like grand space opera.
I think it's always good to represent a emotional "freezeframe" of the world and the situation your in. It brings so much more power to the picture than the usual "hero holding gun and protecting weak female character", And you'v done this emotional part just brilliantly in that character picture. Keep that and construct the scene around it.

We still have a long way to cover in such a sort amount of time so keep those pictures coming dude :)

Thank you every body your opinions are practical,I appreciate that very much.
The emotion is the most important thing of the humanbeing. I want to do a works about this.
The story is about the soldiers of army is reduce gradually, so they must conscription children to training and will use them in the future. The children are too yang and can not be independent by himself, but they must be detatched form ther mothers.
The strong emotion and the motion of the roles is what I want to express. Before, I pay much time to draw a lot of sketch, and find a model to take a lot of pictures to catch the facial expression.
I think it’s not much time to do this, so I will do my best to finish this work. Thak you.

Actually, I indeed want to express a feeling of one shot of a movie! I hope this work can be different from others.
Yes, I usually study some books and pictures about human muscle because I hope the expression of the body can be closed to reality.
Thanks for everybody\\\'s opinions! This sketch is my first time trying to draw a robot,it is not an important rule to this work.

Thanks for your admiring!

I am very interested in anatomy because that is one necessary element of drawing.

Correct expression of human mucles can enlarge the power of the images although I know I still have too much to learn and my knowledge of anatomy is not enough!

I know you like anatomy too,and you are pretty good!

I hope both of us can improve continually!!!

Good Luck~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I like the mothers face. She is not viewing the child anymore, but there is huge guy holding her anyway.

Child expression is also very good.

But this picture youre planning is huge. If you can really finish this picture up during weekend. I'll be very amazed.

Im waiting for your coloring technique. Bet i will learn a lots from it.
