View Full Version : Is there a disc primitive in modo?

In lightwave there are simple primitives like the disc. I cant seem to locate it in modo. If it does not have it, How would I create one.?

**edit** sorry, I misread your question. Select the model default layout - the primitives are the icons on the left side - first tab. Hold ctrl and click for 'unit' primitives (e.g. a 1m box)

?..uh......it's the cylinder (same as LW) - just scale down the long axis.

If you create a sphere, but don't pull it out in the third dimension and you'll have a disc.

Yes there's... in Modo it's called 'Cylinder' but It does exactly the same thing.
