WOW it looks awesome. i love the rugged look to it. It looks like that famous picture/sculpture of the Iiojima (sp. ? ) but in a scii fi setting, great job ! Also the xbow gun design is super cool !

Good start:) . Can you explain what the story behind this image is? That may help you develop the image, and us give you better advice. For the time being, the image is lacking a background to put the "grand" in Grand space opera, but lookin' at your earlier scketchs, I guess that you've got that figured out.

you,re absolutely right, there´s a general lack of dramatism in my image.
i`m already working on the background and the foreground figures that help to tell my story
so, got a lot of work to do!!

another color wip , the enemies are missing , the ship in the background lacks details but i´m glad with the
girl and her strange weapon.
She is the captain of the rebel army almost exterminated by legions of alien invaders.

Getting better! Make sure that it gets a focal point (it's not that it doesn't have one, but the background is competing too much with the characters). A slightly diferent hue for the characters, or a darker background would do the trick.
