that has some great info that may make your demo reel stick out among others. If you are asking about basic stuff, in the first 10-15 seconds of your demo reel you will want your best things because many studios only look at the beginnings of reels and if they are not intrested they go onto the next one. You will want the end of it to be amazing as well. Of course you will want to put in your info like your name and how to contact you. Youll want to have animations that are going to be different than everyone elses that will make you look unique, intresting music as well. Anyway hope that link helps u

I'd pick out one thing that you really think you do best, come up with five twenty-second demonstrations of that, and choose and complete only the best three. Yep: a one-minute demo. Demonstrating one skill and doing it perfectly.
On the outside of the tape or DVD, put a simple label with your name and contact information and a list of the three pieces with their durations. Don't bother with fancy titles. Say what skill you're demonstrating. That will tell the reviewer, before s/he ever puts it in the machine, that your demo will be short-and-sweet, and that it will be targeted. In other words, worth looking at.
You don't have to be fancy in what you do; you just need to make it good. And in my fancy, "good" means that it doesn't draw attention to itself. Like Michael Douglas said to the dancers in A Chorus Line, "don't draw my eye." When in doubt, leave it out. If there's anything in there which isn't what you want to demonstrate, which might possibly draw attention away from what you do want to demonstrate... leave it out.
This not "a show." This is not "entertainment." This is your thirty second audition. You are trying to make the first cut; to be placed in the pile on the top of the table instead of the box underneath it.
Accompany the reel with a one sparse page (20-pound 8-1/2"x11" plain white, Times Roman twelve-point) summary of what you are demonstrating and how you did it. This is the sheet of paper that the reviewer might look at instead of your reel, if the mailroom happened to bring up two boxes of hopeful VCR-tapes this morning instead of just one. Salesmen have been known to win or lose sales just by the shine on their shoes and the nap of their ties. Show preparedness. Show that you value the reviewer's time.
