hi all

i have a series of clips in the trax editor which currently i have to select and export to a third party format by hand.

i am wondering if it would be possible to write a script which goes through all my clips and exports them for me.

i have tried setting the echo all command on, and then performing the action, which i then save and try to run again, but it isnt working.

any tips or pointers to help me with this would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

Echo all echoes too much info for most purposes... you need to actually look at the commends and read docks on them then use this as a guide for what you need done. Place it in a loop and youll be there.

Its not hard, in fact it simple, but you need to dig in one time before you can grasp the idea!

ok

i've been playing around with this now and have got it so i can export the currently selected clip, however, i still need to be able to select each clip before this is any use.

ive been playing with the clipSchedule command, but i cant seem to get the hang of using the clip index. basically i have this : clipSchedule -ci 74 -enable "accel_5" climb2Scheduler1;

but it doesnt work. whats the link between using the clip index to enable the relevant clips.

all i need is for someone to help me enabling the clips in the track editor, perhaps by giving their name.

please help me, ive been trying really hard on this but im getting frustrate now.

thanks
