""This is an amazing season," said Bickerstaff, 33, who owns all three video game consoles as well as a gaming PC. "Seven games in the last three months. It's definitely more than usual."

Indeed, these are extraordinary times for video game fans. The $10 billion video game industry, which generates more revenue than Hollywood, has never released so many highly anticipated blockbuster titles in a single season. "

heh I know what "east bay animation studio" they mean..go headcrash :D

edit: on-topic, it definitely has been a rough season..I think it's mainly a coincidence of slipped release dates for the most part though, that and maybe a better effort to put out good games..go figure.

Pretty rough DVD release period though too..sheesh.
