renderman dosent display in plug-in manager

i'm not sure, but i would assume that you need to add a path in the system variables to tell maya to search for renderman in the correct directory. The documentation should help you solve this problem, otherwise take a look on the renderman support forum (https://renderman.pixar.com/forum/index.php)

if you are using windows it is possible that the RAT install ahs not added the install directory to the evironment variable. just edit the exisiting env. variable to include the install directory

for example :



varaible name : MAYA_PLUG_IN_PATH
variable value : C:\Program Files\Pixar\rat-6.0.1\bin
