sUp,

I'm having a rigging problem with my hands.
I'm using boxes for my hands. I have a palm, with 5 fingers with 3 joints each fingers. I linked the plam to the wrist (which is a bone), then linked the fingers to the palm. Now, when I rotate the fingers, they seem to scale.?

This is because you scaled the palm object in a non-uniform manner. Never do that in any way at the object level. Always scale objects at the sub object level in Max and you will not have a problem. You can use the reset xform util in the tools panel. Link everything from the palm first and then reset the object, colapse the stack and relink the fingers.
