I used a bitmap of the night sky (a noise map) as the Environment map and chose Spherical environment.
but now when the camera moves and render it looks like the map is blinking.
does anyone know what to do about it?

could be a few things based on that info. It could be you are viewing it on a TV monitor & the dots are 1 pixel, which would flicker as it goes from an 'on' field to an 'off' field... If thats the case, try enlarging the dots or blurring them. otherwise, can you post a screenshot?

Use a sphere instead of a enviroment map, then you can use a material and activate supersampling. That will probably solve the flickering.

I think when you're using the Spherical environment that setting in the coordinates tab usually works best when used as a reflection map in a texture. I'd agree with Marcel and use normal texture coordinates along with a spherical uv mapping gizmo on a large inverted Sphere object. Hope this helps.

I made it with the sphere and it still blinks.
I don't know maybe it's because i Render it in a Low resolution.
I'll try again in a higher resolution.

Have you turned on the super sampling on the material?

If you turn on supersampling, the renderer takes multiple samples for every onscreen pixel (5 to 40 samples, depending on the supersampling method you use). That way, the small details in the texturemap (the small stars) have less chance to show up in one frame and dissapear in another.

with the answer:
SUPERSAMPLING
