I am currently looking for a position in Matte Painting or Background painting in an effects company around the Los Angeles area. With a BFA in 3D Computer Graphics I am very skilled with 3D programs, using Maya as my primary software. My 3D knowlege gives me a large advantage with my Matte/Background paintings.
I have professional experience working in the TV/Film industry in LA. I worked as a Matte Painter and as the 3D artist in the matte painting department creating any 3D work needed in the matte painting department. I have created matte paintings and 3D work for the hit TV show the Desperate Housewives and a new Mike Judge movie.
