View Full Version : Win a copy of Polyspeed for script help :)
f97ao 12-17-2004, 01:43 PM I'm arranging a mini challenge. If anyone can help me figure out a much faster way to detach (and attach) he/she will win a free copy of Polyspeed worth 160+$. It shouldn't require much coding, just a clever idea, so you don't need to be a hard core programmer.
The thread is here:

Hope I get some responses! :)

Click attach button, box pops up similar to the select objects box. you control click each object and hit Ok. boom, attached
might be lame, but i'd use it

well you could try to make a sub quad with several of these polyspeed/polyboost options. then have a box with several detach options popup. detach as element, detach, detach as clone attach, attach as a clone etc.
Wish it was my idea, but it isn't. Orionflame has an interface that has a subquad and does also kinda (if not completely) work like this. So he deserves the prize should this idea be the best. ( I know I like it, but it's not my idea...)
