im trying to make an xray effect i made something that looks quite good but its somhow turns too pixelized if u see what i mean i am attaching the examples
pic nu-1 is the original
pic 2 is after "invert"
and pic nu 3 is after setting the Hue to value of 180
so it looks bad i dont knwo how to explain it like more pixelized looks like it had a surgery...
anyway waitting for advices here

ok, kidding aside.
Uh, well first off. If you want it to be truly 'xray' then you better start finding some photos of bones to line up and composite in there. Otherwise, it's impossible to get the effect without making her look like a ghost or an alien.
I would "desaturate" the picture (not convert to grayscale), and then tweak the hue/saturation and make it slightly blue. If you do grayscale, then you will have 0 color. Apply a layer mask to it and with the spray brush, make the inner parts of her body more transparent. Don't make it totally transparent though. And practice with "glow" and blowing out the "contrast".
That is the jist of what I would do, short of making a tutorial for you.

well that annoying artist who took those already "xraied" picture wants to do somthing else..

thanks again and sorry for wasting your time cause she realy is an annoying "ARTIst" who doesnt realy know what she wants to say or show...:scream:

If you use the Adjust > Gradient Map you can control the design of your gradient or XRay, and this also doesnt affect anything about the pixels other than its color. However if youre source image is a crappy jpg, that will remain.
