Wow, i like the way you´ve painted the nose, only two dots, with those eyes give the face snake features, very nice!
I don´t like the shoulder´s clothes, i think they don´t suit with the rest of the clothes, i´d try a more tight design, with a scales pattern (as in the chest), like a snake´s second skin.
Ah, and i´ve been looking at her eyes and i haven´t converted into stone yet, fix that and it will be perfect.
