Nice looking model. It'll look great if you make a body for it and texture him/her. What colour eyes are you going to go with? Also it would look great with a few pieces of his ear missing. Keep posting updates.

Hey! looking really cool.
thought, one thing that i could crit, is that the lips look a bit strange. Try to smooth them down a tad.:)

Hey fellow-dutchman!!
The model looks very cool, I like your style.
The only thing that I find a bit strange is the left elbow, there seems to be something wrong there. But other then that nothing but compliments. I'm looking forward to see the whole finished model!
BTW: What program did you use?

Very nice. I have a couple suggestions that I hope might help. The head is great. I would put some more work into the back, there are some great muscles there. Also the creace runs all the way up his neck, which seems a little odd. The division between the creature's shoulder and his tricept on the back of his arm seems a little too exaggerated. Try smoothing that area together to give more of a curve to his arm. He will still seem muscular. Also, the clavicals appear to be just bumps. Look at some anatomy or just look in the mirror to see how they curve and almost make it to the tops of the shoulders. It seems like the body is still going to receive a little work, the stomach area, etc., is a little bland. Overall, I would say a great job. He looks mean. I look forward to seeing some future renders.
