What is studio's delivery format? If I order the workstation version off of paypal will I be downloading and electronic-only version or will I receive a hard copy, or both?

Also, does anyone know if it will qualify for future upgrades? I'm assuming it will rather than being a "one-time" deal.

WS will be delivered as hard copy(via DHL Express)...at least for me ;)
