Hi I am newbie,

in this Lighting and Rendering forum, that i see average user are used the MentalRay renderer, i am interested with Renderman Rendering techniques, can i ask someting about renderman rendering here. or maybe you separate the forum for Renderman Renderer or MentalRay.

Feel free to ask as there's a bunch of people who know renderman pretty well.

If you want a more closed community and faster feedback, comp.graphics.renderman is all about renderman.
If you are using Prman, Pixar offers their own newsgroups thru their web page. That's probably a better place for MTOR related questions. They will usually answer your question within the day, particularly if they know you are a paying customer.

There are other forums for renderman renderers that are not written by pixar (look for rendermanacademy or something as such).
