CGTalk - Lightwave Problems

Hello all, I'm new to LightWave (I actually just installed it today) and I accidentally closed the side bar in Modeller and I can't get it back. Now I'm on a Mac, so I don't know if it is the same as what some of you are used to, but I just can't get the sidebar back.

Also, I tried downloading the 7.5 update, and it just installs a demo of 7.5 to a new folder. Could you guys help me out here?
