I know the title sounds a little confusing, so let me explain.
What do you guys think about a system that would allow us to assign specialized icon tags to a user that would appear under a user's avatar only to the user who assigned them. For instance, you find a regular user who is a real expert. You can click a link under their avatar and choose a icon that would symbolize they know what they're talking about. The next time you see that person post that icon appears under their avatar. Now any of these icons I assign to any other user are only seen by me. So they're kinda like little private notes.
I dunno how useful this would be but there could be all kinds of different icons to represent different things. Things like, the users software, male/female, smart-assed, helpful, not-helpful, and other things like that. Suggestions, ideas, etc? :)
