Silly little suggestion
Internet explorer slows down all GIFs which have short frame delays (for reasons beyond my comprehension)
Firefox plays all GIFs at their original speed.
Open this :bounce: in internet explorer and any picture viewing software (not made by Microsoft) and you will see the difference.
Judging by this poll (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?t=192653), the majority here is using firefox, and in the future more people will (if M$ doesn't improve IE).
If this is the speed it was intended to be animated i apologize. :banghead:
