hi all

how i can enable the mouse on painter because i cannot close pictuer or any file open it ?

Hi,

I don't know why you can't use your mouse to close an image but if you're ready to close the image, you can use Ctrl+W or choose File > Close.

To restore your Palette Layout to the default arrangement, use Window > Arrange Palettes then choose Default from the flyout menu. Do that before closing Painter and the Palette Layout should be the same the next time you open Painter.
